Karen is a journalist with over twenty years' experience in the construction and building services industry. She was editor of the CIBSE Journal and Modern Building Services magazines, as well as the founder of specialist construction PR firm Keystone Communications.
The SectorScope was inspired by the research and writing work that Karen has delivered for the past three years for clients of Rocket Content.
